1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BookVedaPuja.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

BookVedaPuja.in provides a marketplace platform connecting users with Pandits, Astrologers, and spiritual products. We are a facilitator and not directly responsible for the quality of services provided by individual Pandits or Astrologers.

3. User Accounts

You must be 18+ years to create an account
You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
Provide accurate and truthful information
One account per person

4. Bookings & Payments

Bookings are confirmed upon successful payment. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are non-refundable except as per our Refund Policy.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users may not use the platform for illegal activities, impersonate others, submit fraudulent bookings, harass other users or service providers, or violate intellectual property rights.

6. Limitation of Liability

BookVedaPuja.in is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
