Pandit Bookings

Cancelled 48+ hours before booking: Full refund within 5-7 business days
Cancelled 24-48 hours before booking: 50% refund
Cancelled less than 24 hours before: No refund
Pandit cancels: Full refund within 3-5 business days

Astrology Consultations

Cancelled before consultation starts: Full refund
Consultation completed: No refund
Technical issues preventing consultation: Full refund or reschedule

Product Orders

Before shipping: Full refund
Damaged/defective product: Full refund or replacement within 7 days of delivery
Wrong product received: Full refund or replacement
Change of mind: No refund after shipping

Temple Prasad Orders

Prasad orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched as these are perishable and sacred items. If received in damaged condition, we will send a replacement.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. To initiate a refund, contact support@bookvedapuja.in with your order/booking number.
